Day by day schedule
Day 01- Arrive to La Paz
Today you arrive to La Paz airport. We will collect you from the airport to take you to the hotel, where you will have a free day to relax, refresh yourself and look forward to the adventure of the next few days!
Day 02 - La Paz
Today begins with a tour of this town of La Paz and the guide will show you the main sights and attractions. This picturesque town is perfect for walking around and seeing the main attractions. We can also view the street art of the La Paz Ciudad mural project. Of course, there will be the opportunity to sample some of the local dishes available in the town.

Day 03 - Whale Shark Adventure
Today we will head out onto the Sea of Cortez to swim alongside the world’s largest fish, the mighty whale shark! Our boat captain will take us to the popular spots for the whale sharks to be swimming. On his command, we will jump in the water and swim next to these gentle giants. The day is made extra special as we will be joined by a whale shark researcher, who will share their expert information and tell us all about the life and habits of this magnificent sea creature. Day 04 - Whale watching
Today we will meet more of the Sea of Cortez’s graceful residents with a whale watching tour. We will head to Puerto San Carlos to check in to your hotel and to have your lunch. After lunch, we will board a skiff and venture out into the bay in search of whales.

Day 5 - Whale watching excursion in Magdalena Bay
Bright and early, we will head to Magdalena Bay to search for whales once more! After a big breakfast, we will head north by boat into the mangrove canals, admiring the incredibly pristine and untouched scenery and wildlife. The remote and secluded beaches on Magdalena Island are ideal for a picnic lunch and a hike up the sand dunes for those who want to. We will head back to La Paz, with incredible memories of these magnificent sea creatures, wildlife life and the stunning scenery of Magdalena Bay.
Day 06 - Day trip to the sea lions of Espíritu Santo Island
Today we will board a boat for a relaxing journey on the waters to the sea lion colony of Espiritu Santo Island. We will have plenty of time to enjoy some swimming, snorkelling, and interacting with the playful sea lions in the company of your guide. We will then head to a secluded beach for lunch and time to relax, swim, and explore the island on foot or by kayak. We will then head back to La Paz for our final dinner of the tour.
Day 07- Departure from La Paz
Today is the final day of the tour. We will head to La Paz airport in time for a late morning or afternoon flight home or onto your next destination!
