Panama Luxury Adventure

After breakfast in the hotel, we will head to the ruins of Panama Vieja, on the edge of the city, dating back to the 17th century. We will then head off to visit the famous Panama Canal, an incredible feat of engineering, one of the greatest and most expensive in history. We will stop at the Visitor’s Centre of the Miraflores Locks, where we can appreciate the ships sailing along the canal. We will begin early in the morning by visiting the railroad station to take a classic train to Colón. Panama’s railroad was built during The California Gold Rush to transport goods and gold from the Atlantic to The Pacific. The railway follows the course of the canal and passes along the historic Culebra Cut and the spectacular Gatún Lake. After breakfast, we will head to the domestic airport for a flight to David. On arrival, we will be driven to the Gulf of Chiriquí. Chiquirí Gulf is one of Panama's best-kept secrets and a fundamental part of the National Marine Park. The park is also famous for its remote, pristine, white sandy beaches surrounded by crystal-clear water, where you may swim amongst a variety of tropical fish. The perfect destination for snorkelling and other water sports.

Today we will head to Boca Chica, overlooking the Gulf of Chiriquí National Marine. The national park covers 150 km2 of transparent ocean, with 20 stunning islands of lush tropical rainforest and many palm tree lined white sandy beaches. The islands are a treasure of water and nature, where pirates raided the Spanish galleons.

Today is the final day of this incredible luxury tour. We will head back to the David Airport for your flight to Panama City, with a transfer to the international airport for your flight home or on to your next exciting destination!
