Puerto Madryn
Buenos Aires
Buenos Aires might not seem “kid-friendly” at first glance, but there is an excitement here that you may not be able to find elsewhere. Walking along Calle Florida, you’ll find business people in suits mingling with local tourists. In Microcentro you’ll find many of Argentina’s most important museums. Many of these might interest kids with a certain penchant for art, music, or literature. Buenos Aires consists of 48 neighborhoods or barrios. None is more colorful and lively than La Boca. Calle Caminito is the most brightly decorated street in La Boca and sizzles with sumptuous steak houses, pasta restaurants, tango shows, and souvenir shops. No matter what your taste buds tell you, you're sure to find a stand serving it at Mercado de San Telmo (San Telmo Market). Choose from pastries, coffees, pasta, pizza, salads, burgers, and beyond.

Puerto Madryn
Puerto Madryn and the surrounding region have a surprise in store for families that make the journey to the region. The beach in Puerto Madryn is the perfect place to pass away the days. The beaches in Puerto Madryn seem designed for kids. There are playgrounds every few hundred meters and the trees look like they were built for climbing! Puerto Madryn is often referred to as the Gateway to the Peninsula Valdes. This is the resting place for animals such as sea lions, elephant seals, and Magellan penguins. The Peninsula Valdes is a child´s paradise coming face-to-face with these adorable birds, and the penguins can be found from September to April in Punta Tombo National Reserve, a few hours’ drive from Puerto Madryn. This area has also become famous for its huge population of sea lions that bask on the stone shores of the Atlantic. You can view the colony from the top of the cliff. But the best way to see the sea lions is on a snorkel or SCUBA diving tour. A dip in the waves will take you nose-to-nose with these friendly animals. Don’t be surprised if you find them nibbling on your gloved fingers or snorkel. Another impressive activity with children is whale watching in Puerto Piramides.

Esteros Del Ibera
This stunning 18,000-hectare wetland reserve is home to an abundance of bird and animal life and is among South America's finest places to see endemic species in their natural habitat. Although tourism has increased substantially in recent years, Los Esteros del Iberá remains largely untouched. The National Park is where we will travel 34 km of the best fauna sighting in Argentina, such as capybaras, black caimans, swamp deer, and hundreds of birds. This semi-off-the-beaten-track destination is a dream for the little ones and bigger ones alike, on this Argentina family vacation!

Iguazu
To really appreciate the scope and beauty of this natural wonder, you have to visit the stunning cascades of Iguazu Falls. You get a better panoramic view in Brazil but there are more trails and angles of the waterfalls in Argentina. You will spend a day wandering from one magnificent waterfall to another on the Argentine side, while learning about the flora and fauna of the area from a knowledgeable naturalist guide. The next day, your family will get to see the falls from the Brazilian side. The falls drop more than 80 meters at their highest point and produce vast sprays of water that vaporize into the surrounding subtropical rainforest, where you can see wildlife galore ranging from elusive ocelots and jaguars to tapirs, howler monkeys, toucans, butterflies, coatis, giant anteaters, caimans, and much more. Thrilling boat rides at the falls guarantee a fun soaking that your kids will love or even a helicopter ride over the falls, to appreciate the magnificence of Iguazu Falls.
