Angra do Reis is just 155 km away from Rio de Janeiro, on the Costa Verde (Green Coast). These 365 islands and more than 50 beaches make up one of the most famous bays in Brazil. The Brazilian paradise of Angra dos Reis boasts heavenly beaches and characteristic warm Caribbean waters. Take a wonderful boat ride in a traditional Brazilian schooner around the islands of the bay; sample the delicious local food; or soak up the sun on pristine beaches with crystal clear water and white sand for an idyllic and relaxing experience. Day by day schedule
Day 1 -Rio de Janeiro – Angra dos reis
Today we will pick you up from your Rio hotel and take you to the Fasano Angra hotel, a secluded luxury retreat covering over 10 square km. The resort is composed of 60 spacious apartments, most of which have an ocean view. Signature touches, like wooden accents and classic Brazilian furniture, can be found throughout all of the elegant rooms. Sunny afternoons are best spent at the impressive 18-hole golf course or one of the palm-lined swimming pools. Relax by the pool with a freshly cut coconut or sip caipirinhas at the largest pool, excellent for people watching and soaking up the sun.
Day 2 -Angra dos Reis
Today after breakfast at the hotel, we will head off on a private motorboat tour of the Angra dos Reis islands. As we island-hop, there will be time at some of the islands for swimming, snorkelling or other water activities of your choice! We will head back to the Fasano Angra in the evening.
Day 3 -Angra dos Reis - Rio de Janeiro
Today after breakfast, we will head back to the city of Rio de Janeiro and can either drop you off at the airport for your onward flight or at your Rio hotel, for your next adventure!
