Some of the most famous beaches in the world such as Ipanema and Copacabana in Rio, as well as pristine and more remote options further north in Bahia. The climate is perfect, the ocean is sparkling and the sand is white, offering some of the most exquisite beaches in the world!

Today is our arrival day to Salvador de Bahia. Our driver will be waiting at the airport to take you to your hotel. We will then enjoy a historical tour of Salvador to learn more about this amazing cultural and colourful city. Blessed with colonial architecture and the home of Afro Brazilian culture dating back to the times of the Portuguese slave ports, this birthplace of carnival and samba music, has so much to enjoy.
After breakfast, our driver will take us to the Transfer from the Salvador harbour, to take the boat trip to Morro de Sao Paulo one of 3 habited islands in this group of 26 islands, found 60 km south of Salvador.
Today is a free day to enjoy the spectacular beaches of the island and enjoy the crystal blue waters and white sandy beaches. There is something for everyone on this car-less island so take it as relaxed or as lively as you like!
Today, we leave the idyllic island of Morro de Sao Paulo and head back to Salvador by boat. We will then head to the airport for our flight to the colonial, beachside city of Fortaleza and we will settle into our hotel.
Today, we will leave Fortaleza and head to the laid back fishing village of Jericoacoara by 4×4. This is approximately a 6 hour journey.
Today is a free day to enjoy the pristine beaches of Jericoacoara, considered by some, the most beautiful beach in all of Brazil! You can also visit the national park, the beautiful “Blue Lagoon” or even the landmark “Arched Rock” if you can drag yourself away from the spectacular coastline, with water activities like windsurfing, abound.
After breakfast, we will leave Jericoacoara and go to the airport at Fortaleza for our flight to Rio De Janeiro. Rio is probably one of the most famous destinations on any trip to Brazil and you will see why when you arrive on its shores.
We will be collected after breakfast to see some of the main attractions in Rio. First, we will visit the Christ the Redeemer statue of “Corcovado” with spectacular views over the city and coastline. We will then visit the ever-present Sugar Loaf mountain, pictured in most photos of Rio De Janeiro, for more spectacular vistas. Topped off by lunch at a barbecue restaurant.
Today, we will leave Rio for Buzios. Buzios has more than 20 different beaches, excellent for snorkelling, surfing and swimming and is blessed with cobbled streets and terraces, perfect for a relaxing stroll. Buzios is also popular once the sun goes down, with its sophisticated nightlife being world-famous!
After breakfast at the Pousada, you will have a free day to explore, relax and take in the vibe of the town, its many stunning beaches and its hip and beautiful people.

Today we leave the paradise of Buzios and head back to Rio de Janeiro, yet another paradisiacal setting for beaches, sun sea and sand. This is where the trip ends, and there is an included transfer the airport for your next destination, whether that be home or another exciting tour in the region.
