Today is arrival day to Santiago. Your guide will be waiting at the airport to take you on the one hour journey to your hotel. Chile’s cosmopolitan capital, Santiago lies at the foot of the Andes and has a remarkable city centre and impressive modern neighbourhoods. Wherever you go in Santiago, you are surrounded by the snow-capped Andes, offering spectacular sunsets which turn the snow pink. You will have a free afternoon to explore this unique city. Why not spend the rest of the afternoon in the bohemian Lastarria area of Santiago?
We will head to Santiago airport, for your onward flight to Easter Island. On arrival, you will be met by your guide and will be taken to the Hanga Roa Hotel. In the Pacific Ocean, Easter Island is found thousands of miles from anywhere and is the world's most remote island. The mysterious moai statues of Easter Island are an instantly recognizable emblem of the island, offering a fascinating glimpse into the ancient and unique civilization of the Pacific Islanders. Other archaeological sites are equally fascinating and the coral reefs make Easter Island an ideal place for diving and snorkelling.

After breakfast, we will head back to the airport for our flight to Santiago. On arrival to the Santiago airport, you will be met by your guide who will take you on the 2 hour journey to Vina Vik located in the Central Wine Valley.

After breakfast, your guide will collect you to head to the airport for your onward flight to Calama. On arrival, you will be met by your Explora Atacama driver who will take you to the Explora Atacama hotel in San Pedro de Atacama. This is the driest desert in the world blessed with spectacular horizons and incredible sunsets. This oasis town lies on the edge of the enormous Atacama Salt Lake. The Valley of the Moon with its lunar-like appearance is an incredible place to see the spectacular sunsets, The Tatio Geysers are also close by on the highest geothermal field in the world.

This morning we will head back to the Calama airport, for your onward flight to Punta Arenas airport via Santiago. On arrival, the guide will be waiting to take you to the lodge. This is a region of limitless beauty, a world of vast open pampas, lush forests that explode into colour in Autumn. Blessed with icy green lakes and waterfalls, with glaciers tumbling into lakes unique wildlife and dramatic mountain peaks. At the very heart of this is the country's spectacular, Torres del Paine, considered by many to be Latin America’s finest national park and home to the huge towering granite peaks, crowned by glaciers. The bicoloured Cuernos (the Horns) the distinguished Torres (Towers) are surrounded by a
string of aquamarine, emerald and turquoise lakes. Waterfalls, glaciers and amazing hiking trails will help you to reconnect with nature.

We will take to the Punta Arenas airport for your onward flight back to Santiago. On arrival, your guide will take you to your hotel for the evening. Spend your final evening in the capital exploring the area.
